Caroline Hoelker our Nurse Practitioner is due with her first child in November, and we could not be more excited for her family. As much as we love her being a part of our team, October 27th, Caroline will transition from caring for our patients to her soon to be baby boy. We will miss her immensely and wish her our wholehearted congratulations!

Our team is working hard to reschedule Caroline's appointments to our New Physician's Assistant, Jennifer Kaylor who recently graduated from Kettering College. She is currently in the clinic, working with our Providers. She will be on her own starting on November 1st and is excited to meet everyone!
